REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Directly2U takes pride in the care with packing of all our internet and phone orders, sometimes accidents or errors happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Directly2U will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained either by telephone or by email.
Any damages on parcels must be reported no later than 48 hours after receiving.
Change of mind returns:
Please call or email us first, items must be returned within 14 business days strictly and must be not used and in the original packaging otherwise a refund will not be granted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the return. Once the return parcel is received and checked (Directly2U has the right to refuse refund if the goods are not in original condition) we will then refund the full value of the product only.
Refunds outside of the 14 days will be subject to a 25% restock fee which will be determined at Directly2U’s discretion.
Warranty on products:
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
